We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery and return must be done within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned item.

All of our products are designed and made by Naoko. Each product is individually uniquely handmade and most items are "Made to Order". Please kindly understand that processing time takes 1-10 days. Special orders may need more time.
